Creating an account and joining the waiting list are free. No subscription fee is collected and no card details are requested at this stage.
You may request removal from the waiting list by emailing info@alqasignal.com. To request account deletion, use account settings or the same email address, as described in the Privacy Policy.
When subscriptions become available, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before checkout. Your current registration will not automatically become a paid subscription.
The displayed subscription price does not apply to the waiting period, and no retrospective subscription fee will be charged for that period.
Consulting fees, cancellation arrangements and any refundable amounts are set out in the agreement for each engagement.
If you see a charge you believe relates to ALQA, contact info@alqasignal.com so we can investigate. Do not send full card details or the card security code.
